LISI | (Richtig) Agieren und Reagieren

Sicherheit und richtiges Verhalten ist in allen Lebensbereichen wichtig – auf einer Baustelle aber ist es wesentlich. Deshalb traf sich am Wochenende das gesamte Team LISI, um die bedeutendsten Verhaltensregeln und Sicherheitsvorkehrungen am Bau zu erlernen.
Richtiges Arbeiten im Team betrifft aber nicht nur die Sicherheit – auch die Organisation untereinander ist ein wesentliches Kriterium für den Erfolg von LISI. Im Projektverlauf ist das Team stark gewachsen. Je mehr Personen an LISI beteiligt sind, umso wichtiger werden Koordination und Kommunikation zwischen den einzelnen Fachbereichen. Neben der Schulung über Sicherheit und Brandschutz wurde das Wochenende auch investiert, um die Struktur des Teams zu untersuchen. Es wurde analysiert was funktioniert und was noch Verbesserungspotential in sich trägt. In weiterer Folge wurden unsere Stärken betont, der Teamgeist gefördert und als wesentlicher Punkt in einem Projekt wie dem Solar Decathlon unterstrichen.
